At WoodenCrew, we strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases. However, if you are unsatisfied with your order, we are here to help. Please review our refund policy below.
Returns
You have 100 calendar days from the date you received your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, the item must be undamaged.
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@woodencrew.store with your order number and reason for return. Our customer service team will provide you with the necessary instructions.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Our warehouses are located in Ukraine and China. You can send the goods to any of them. Please ensure that the item is securely packaged to avoid any damage during transit. Return shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method within 5 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exchanges
If you received a defective or damaged product, please contact us at support@woodencrew.store within 7 days of receiving your item. We will require a video proof clearly showing the issue with the product to evaluate your request. Based on the video proof, we will offer a replacement or refund, depending on the issue.
Disputes
In case of a PayPal or other payment dispute, we reserve the right to provide all relevant documentation, including proof of delivery and communication with the customer, to resolve the case. If the dispute is found to be unjustified, no refund will be issued.
