1. Unpack the Pillow
   Remove the pillow from its bag.

2. Let the Memory Foam Unfold
   Allow the memory foam to gradually regain its original shape.

3. Remove Protective Fiber
   Gently remove the protective fiber from the Velcro.
   

4. Adjust the Pillow
   Place the pillow comfortably around your neck. Adjust the Velcro to find the perfect position and pressure for maximum support.

5. Adjust the Sleeping Mask
   Make sure there is no pressure on your head to avoid any skin irritation.

6. Storing the Pillow
   After use, roll the pillow and place it back in the bag for easy storage.

7. Eliminating Any Smell
   If you notice any smell, leave the pillow unpacked for 1 day to air out.

8. Washing Instructions
   To wash the pillow, unzip it at the bottom and remove the cover. Wash the cover like any other cotton fabric.
