Anti theft bag pleasant surprise

I bought this bag for my China trip. Unfortunately one of the screw popped n disappeared. I wrote to WoodenCrew theme to ask for a replacement n the quickly replied that a replacement will be sent. So I was expecting to receive a screw. To my pleasant surprise, they sent a brand new replacement bag. Great customer support!!!

Arrived a little too late...

It was for my wife attending a destination wedding in Cancun on 4/45. It arrived after she left for trip. She came back the 27th and was looking at it to use for next trip. Then, one of the straps came off, with the metal hardware on one side like it unsnapped from the other. It's not fastening back on securely.

I love wearing this bag. Really comfortable. Still working out which pockets I’ll use for what, but love the magnetic closure on the phone pocket.
I could suggest a couple of improvements with the strap connections to the bag itself, but overall really happy with the purchase. Bonus that it matches my new sneakers.
