WoodenCrew Backup

WoodenCrew Backup is a private utility used by the WoodenCrew store owner to back up supported Shopify store content to the owner's Google Drive. It is not a customer service or a public backup application.

The utility exports supported products, collections, pages, articles, navigation, theme files, Shopify files and custom data. It creates a dated archive and verifies its integrity before rotating older backups. Orders, customer records and payment details are outside this backup's scope.

The scheduled script runs in the owner's private GitHub repository. The owner authorizes Google Drive access through Google OAuth. The script operates in the designated Shopify Backups folder and retains ten current archives. Older managed archives are moved to Drive Trash after the new archive is verified.

Terms of use

This utility is for the store owner's own use. Backups cover supported resources and available media; they do not guarantee a complete Shopify store clone or recovery of deleted source files. Recovery must be reviewed and tested by the owner before applying it to a live store.

The owner controls the Google account, storage, GitHub repository, application permissions and backup schedule. Google Drive and GitHub service terms and usage limits continue to apply. The owner can stop scheduled runs and revoke Google access at any time in the Google Account permissions settings.
