Troubleshooting: Phone can't find AirSlate?
Follow these steps if your device doesn’t detect the card:
1. Wake it up. Press the power button once to ensure the device is turned on.
2. Charge the battery. Place AirSlate on a wireless charger for at least 40 minutes.

🟢 Green Light: Fully Charged
3. Factory Reset. If it still doesn't connect, perform a factory reset: Press the power button 5 times in a row. On the 5th press, hold the button down for 5 seconds until you hear a reset sound.
Android Setup Instructions
1. Install the App Download and open the "Google's Find Hub" app from the Play Store. (Note: Ensure Bluetooth and Location are turned ON).
2. Enable Pairing Mode Press the power button on AirSlate once. You should hear a beep.
3. Automatic Connection A pop-up should appear on your home screen asking to connect. Tap "Connect" and follow the steps.
4. Manual Connection (If pop-up fails) If no pop-up appears:

Open Google Find My Device.

Tap "Scan for devices" (or the "+" icon).

Select our device from the list.

Follow the instructions to link it to your Google account.
5. Limitation Note Please note: "Notify When Left Behind" is currently not supported on the Android Find My Device network. This is a system limitation from Google, not the tracker.
iOS Setup Instructions
1. Open the App Launch the "Find My" app on your iPhone or iPad.
2. Add New Item

Tap the "Items" tab at the bottom.

Tap the "+" icon.

Select "Add Other Supported Item" (Do not select "Add AirTag").
3. Wake AirSlate Press the power button on the card once. You should hear a confirmation beep.
4. Connect & Name

Your phone will search for the device. When "AirSlate" appears, tap Connect.

Enter a name (e.g., "Wallet") and choose an emoji.

Tap Continue to link it to your Apple ID.
5. Enable Separation Alerts (Optional) Unlike Android, iOS fully supports this feature:

Tap on your new AirSlate item in the list.

Scroll down to Notifications.

Toggle "Notify When Left Behind" to ON.
